The workspace includes open-plan workstations, formal boardrooms, and smaller meeting areas, all fitted with contemporary furniture and integrated audiovisual technology. Natural timber finishes, acoustic elements, and glass partitions create a professional yet welcoming environment. Feature artwork and thoughtful layout planning enhance the overall workplace experience while supporting both focused work and team collaboration.

Reception & Breakout

The office includes a safe reception or service counter with glass screening for communication while maintaining separation between spaces. Open workstations are arranged in modular pods with privacy screens, task lighting, and ergonomic chairs, allowing staff to work efficiently while maintaining some visual privacy.

The office kitchen and breakout area provides a spacious, modern environment for staff to relax and connect. Featuring timber cabinetry, durable benchtops, and integrated appliances, the space is designed for everyday functionality. A mix of dining tables, high benches, and casual seating creates flexible areas for meals, informal meetings, and social interaction, supporting a comfortable and collaborative workplace culture.

Boardroom & Meeting Spaces

The main boardroom features a large timber conference table surrounded by ergonomic seating and integrated audiovisual technology, including a wall-mounted display and conferencing equipment. Glass partitions and acoustic wall panels provide both transparency and sound control, creating a professional meeting environment.

Additional meeting rooms include smaller collaborative spaces with round tables and comfortable seating, designed for informal discussions and team collaboration. A vibrant feature mural inspired by Indigenous artwork adds cultural expression and visual interest to the workspace.

Workstations

The workspace features a modern open-plan workstation layout designed to support productivity and comfort. Desks are arranged in collaborative pods with privacy screens to provide individual focus while maintaining a connected team environment. Each workstation includes ergonomic seating, integrated storage, and adjustable task lighting to support daily work activities. Large windows and a neutral interior palette create a bright, functional workspace that promotes efficiency and employee wellbeing.
