EOF – Referral Programme Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

• The referral programme is open to individuals and businesses who introduce a new project opportunity to EOF (“EOF”).
• A referral may be:
  • your own project, or
  • a project on behalf of a colleague, client, or third party.

2. What qualifies as a referral

To be eligible:

• The referred project must be new to EOF (i.e. not already quoting, engaged, or in discussion with EOF).
• The referral must be submitted via EOF’s referral process before or at the time of first introduction.
• EOF must be able to clearly identify the referrer as the source of the opportunity.

3. Referral reward

• For projects with a total order value exceeding $10,000 + GST:
  • The referrer will receive a $500 prepaid Mastercard.
• For projects with a total order value below $10,000 + GST:
  • The referrer will receive a $100 prepaid voucher.

4. When the reward is paid

• Referral rewards are only payable once:
  • the order has been formally accepted, and
  • EOF has received the required deposit or payment from the client.
• If a project:
  • does not proceed,
  • is cancelled, or
  • is delayed indefinitely
  • no referral reward is payable.

5. One reward per project

• Only one referral reward is payable per project.
• If multiple parties refer the same project:
  • the reward will be allocated at EOF’s discretion, generally to the first valid referral received.

6. Exclusions

Referral rewards are not payable where:

• The opportunity is already known to EOF prior to referral
• The referrer is directly involved in EOF staff, employees, or contractors (unless approved in writing)
• The project is deemed non-commercial, non-genuine, or unlikely to proceed
• The referral cannot be reasonably verified

7. Reward delivery

• Rewards will be issued within a reasonable timeframe following qualification (typically within 14–30 days).
• Rewards are issued as prepaid cards or vouchers and are subject to the issuer’s terms and conditions.

8. General conditions

• EOF reserves the right to:
  • verify all referrals
  • decline any referral that does not meet the intent of the programme
  • amend or withdraw the programme at any time without notice
• The referral programme is intended to reward genuine business introductions, not bulk or speculative submissions.

9. Acceptance

By participating in the referral programme, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
